In connection with the use of the e-learning platform, taking into account your privacy policy, we inform you below about who processes your personal data and how:

1. Who is responsible for the processing of personal data?

The controller, i.e. the body that decides how personal data is processed, is Volkswagen Poznań sp. z o.o. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań (61-060) at Warszawska Street 349, registered in the Business Register of the District Court in Poznań, VIII. Business Registration Department in Poznań under KRS number 0000064417 (hereinafter referred to as "Company").

2. Who can I contact in matters of personal data protection?

3. What is the purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data?

Your personal data will be processed:

·    for the purpose necessary for the Company to be able to deal with you within the framework of the personal data referred to in Article 22(1) of the Law of 26 June 1974. Labour Code ('the KP'),

·    for the performance of your employment relationship to the extent of data other than those referred to in Article 22 (1) of the Code of Civil Procedure, in the case of your voluntary consent - in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR,

·    for the purpose necessary to fulfill the so-called legal obligations incumbent on the Company, in particular in the field of labor law, social security, health insurance, ensuring occupational safety, social protection and those arising from tax regulations - pursuant to Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR,

·    for the purpose deriving from the so-called legitimate interest of the Company, including, in particular: training of employees in monitoring, managing access to resources and premises, ensuring the safety of employees, protecting property and maintaining the confidentiality of information, the disclosure of which could expose the Company to harm - pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR,

·    The Company will not transfer your personal data to third countries or to an international organization; In addition, this data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

4. To whom are the personal data transmitted?

The recipients of your personal data may be companies that cooperate with the Company in the context of services and supplies of goods provided to the Company and in the context of supporting the Company's ongoing business processes.

In justified cases, recipients of your personal data may also be companies of the Volkswagen AG Group within the scope of the legally permissible activities of capital groups.

5. How long is personal data stored?

Your personal data will be stored:

·    in case of data processing for the purposes necessary to fulfill the legal obligations of the Company – for the period established by law,

·    in the case of data processing for the purposes necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the company – for the period necessary to achieve these purposes,

·    in the case of data processing based on consent – until the consent is revoked.

6. What rights do you have in connection with the processing of personal data?

You have the right:

·    access to your personal data,

·    correction of personal data,

·    to delete personal data, provided that the conditions arising from the law are met,

·    restriction of the processing of personal data, provided that the conditions arising from the law are met,

·    to transfer data, including the right to receive and send data to another administrator or, if technically possible, to request the direct transfer of such data to another administrator – within the framework of data processing based on your consent,

·    object to the processing of personal data – in the context of data processing for purposes arising from legitimate interests of the company,

·    submit a complaint to the supervisory authority in the field of personal data protection, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

7. Is the provision of personal data mandatory?

The provision of personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide first and last name, e-mail address, control number and MPK (cost center) will prevent you from logging into the e-learning platform.

8. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the withdrawal. The withdrawal of consent is made by contacting: (a) in writing to the following address: Volkswagen Poznań Sp. z o.o.
